PPLLC Cockpit-in-Calendar is an internal practice-operations extension used by Princeton Psychiatry LLC (PPLLC). It displays workflow status from PPLLC’s private, self-hosted Practice Cockpit in Google Calendar and provides explicit Apple Reminders capture actions from Google Calendar and Gmail.

Data the extension handles

The extension may process personally identifiable information, health information, financial and payment-status information, authentication information, website content, web-browsing activity, and personal communications, including form data and user-generated content. Examples include Calendar appointment information, Cockpit workflow and payment-status data, the Cockpit access key, the current Calendar or Gmail page, a Gmail thread link, reminder titles or notes the user enters, and text the user deliberately selects for a reminder title.

The Gmail integration does not inspect a message’s sender, subject, or body. It sends the current thread link to the private Cockpit only when the user chooses a PPLLC follow-up action. Selected text is used only when the user explicitly chooses it as the reminder title. The extension does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.

How the data is used

Data is used only to:

  • display appointment and practice-workflow status;
  • open authenticated Practice Cockpit detail at the user’s request;
  • display and update the practice’s Apple Reminders inbox; and
  • create a reminder when the user explicitly invokes a follow-up action.

PPLLC does not sell extension data, use it for advertising, use it for an unrelated purpose, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The extension’s use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used or transferred only as needed to provide the extension’s disclosed single purpose and user-facing features, maintain their security and reliability, comply with law, or investigate abuse. It is not used for personalized advertising and is not made available for unrelated human review.

Storage and transmission

The Cockpit server address, access key, display preferences, and short-lived status snapshots are stored in Chrome’s local extension storage. The browser transmits requests only to the PPLLC-controlled Cockpit server configured by the user. The Web Store build requires an HTTPS connection over PPLLC’s private Tailscale network and Cockpit authentication. The Cockpit is not intentionally exposed to the public internet.

Reminder records and PHI-bearing workflow data remain in PPLLC-controlled systems. Local operational logs are restricted to the practice’s systems. No extension data is transferred to advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties by this extension.

Retention and deletion

Removing the extension deletes its Chrome local-storage data. A user can also clear the extension’s saved settings from Chrome. Data in Google Calendar, Gmail, Apple Reminders, and the Practice Cockpit follows the retention and deletion practices of those underlying PPLLC-controlled systems; removing the extension does not delete source records. Authorized PPLLC users may request correction or deletion through the contact below, subject to legal and clinical record-retention requirements.
